How I Use Star Wars in the Classroom

We have recently started putting emphasis on the STEM initiative and I have become more involved with the robotics aspect of this initiative. I have used Star Wars and its droids to help students relate to the robotics. I've also related my experience at a Celebration to them so they can understand some of the applications the robots. We are also going to be using drones this year, so I can further expand and relate Star Wars to our experience. Most of them enjoy making the connection.
