How I Use Star Wars in the Classroom

I used Star Wars: A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back to illustrate the Hero's Journey, using Luke as the hero. I also used Star Wars for character analysis and an analysis of the genre of science fiction. Finally I used Star Wars to facilitate comparison between two artistic mediums, the novels and the movies.
